Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy Effective Date: January 15th 2025 At The Mindful Pupper, we aim to provide exceptional service while balancing the needs of all our customers. Please review our cancellation policy carefully to understand your options. 1. Cancellations or Rescheduling for Private Sessions Notice Period: To cancel or reschedule private sessions, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Late Cancellation: If canceled less than 48 hours in advance, we can: Reschedule your appointment, or Offer a partial refund. 2. Cancellations for Group Classes Payment: We ask that you pay for classes prior to the start date in order to reserve your spot in class, otherwise payments should be made on the first day of class unless otherwise discussed. Rescheduling or Rebooking: Unfortunately, we are unable to reschedule or rebook any missed group class sessions. Missed Classes: If you are unable to attend a class you signed up for, we will do our best to help you catch up by providing: Video demonstrations of homework, Handouts with specific skill sets, and Chat support through email or Discord class servers. 3. No-Shows If you fail to appear for a scheduled private session or group class without prior notice, no refund will be provided. 4. Cancellations by The Mindful Pupper If we need to cancel your booking, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered: A rescheduled session at no additional cost, or A full refund. 5. Special Circumstances Exceptions to this policy may be made for emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, at the discretion of The Mindful Pupper. Please contact us as soon as possible if this applies to you. If during our time together either party decides the training protocol does not feel like a good fit we can either transfer payment to a different class or provide a refund for unused support.
